Huckabee Moving On Up

Former Arkansas Governor and Presidential Candidate Mike Huckabee has made his move into the top-tier of Republican presidential candidates. He now stands among Rudy Giuliani, Fred Thompson, John McCain and Mitt Romney for the nomination of the Republican party.

According to Rasmussen Reports, the most accurate polling firm in the country, Governor Huckabee now stands at a strong 4th with 12 percent of the vote. Giuliani has 20%, Thompson 19%, McCain 14% and Romney with 11%. This comes after a strong win at the Values Voter Presidential Debate and an endorsement by martial artist/actor/WND columnist Chuck Norris.

"Though Giuliani might be savvy enough to lead people, Fred Thompson wise enough to wade through the tides of politics, McCain tough enough to fight terrorism, and Romney business-minded enough to grow our economy, I believe the only one who has all of the characteristics to lead America forward into the future is ex-Arkansas Gov. Mike Huckabee," wrote Norris.

I believe that Norris is a smart man and applaud his support for Mike Huckabee. Although Huckabee is still long-shot for the nomination, I believe that he may be able to pull it off. He's a honest Christian, patriotic American and will defend this country because he knows the threat of "IslamoFacism".

"Islamofascism is rooted in a theocratic Islamic jihadism that seeks to destroy and annihilate every last one of us. It wants to establish a complete Islamic theocracy across the world and for that to happen it means our culture has to be completely snuffed out," said Huckabee. "There's no peaceful co-existence, there's no accommodation, there's no naïve nonsense that if we leave them alone they leave us alone. This is a war someone will win and someone will lose...Whoever perseveres and whoever has the strongest will, will in fact win and that's why we can't give up."

Romney Takes Tough Stance on Iran

Republican Presidential Candidate Mitt Romney has said that he would use a "blockade or bombardment" to stop Iran from getting nuclear weapons. This came as President Bush announced new sanctions against Iran.

"If for some reasons they continue down their course of folly toward nuclear ambition, then I would take military action if that's available to us...That's an option that's on the table. And it's is not something which we'll spell out specifically. I really can't lay out exactly how that would be done, but we have a number of options from blockade to bombardment of some kind. And that's something we very much have to keep on the table, and we will ready ourselves to be able to take, because, frankly, I think it's unacceptable for Iran to have nuclear weapons," said Romney

Democrats, of course, are throwing a fit because there are true patriots who will stand against terrorism and Democrats can't stand the fact the people are realizing how unpatriotic they are. They would rather bow down to Iran and let them have nuclear weapons than stand up against a terrorist regime.

"The aggressive actions taken today by the administration absent any corresponding diplomatic action is exactly what we all should have known was coming when we considered our vote on the Kyl-Lieberman Amendment, and smacks, frankly, of a dangerous step toward armed confrontation with Iran," Presidential candidate Chris Dodd said about the Bush Administration's new sanctions on Iran. What I ask is how this idiot Dodd says that there is not "corresponding diplomatic action?" What we are doing now is diplomacy, Iran is just refusing to cooperate. But we have to remember, diplomacy to Democrats is just laying down and letter terrorists walk all over you.

The fact, is right now we are using diplomacy with the terrorist country of Iran and it is not working. Even France sees this. If Iran continues to not cooperate we would have to try something else and frankly, the only thing that works with animals like Ahmadinejad is to beat them into submission (military force). I hope and pray that this confrontation with Iran can be handled without the use of military force, but it doesn't look like Iran will cooperate. Romney has taken a tough stance against Iran and it looks like he will continue to do so. Democrats Intent On Raising Taxes

Democrats in the Senate have passed a $600 billion health, education bill. That exceeds the White House's budget by more than $10 billion. It's bills like these that are going to raise taxes on the American people, but that's what the Democrats are all about, socialism (stealing from the successful and redistributing the money).

"The spending hike they are asking for in this one bill, if allowed to continue at the same rate, will cost the American taxpayer $120 billion over the next ten years," said Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell, R-Ky.

With Democrats passing these bills, President Bush will have no choice but to veto. I trust that the president will not let this overspending go without a fight. What Democrats are doing could delay the passage of many of the bills to next year, yet the fiscal year has already started. They're going to try to pin it on President Bush, like they did with SCHIP and the Frost kid, but they're not going to fool anyone. Democrats are all about taxing and that's never going to stop.

Another problem in the Senate is the problem with earmarking. Both Democrats and Republicans are guilty for this. 1,000 earmarks totaling $562 million are included in this bill. Republican Senator Tom Coburn, of Oklahoma, moved to strip all earmarks from the bill but his measure fell short 68-26. At least we know that have have a true fiscal conservative in Senator Coburn.

Spend All You Can on Nov. 2

Al Sharpton, and other civil rights leaders, have called on American's to boycott our economy on November 2. They are asking Americans not to spend any money on that day and plan to march on the Justice Department.

Al Sharpton claims that the Justice Department does not prosecute hate crimes like it should. Well Rev. Sharpton, attacking an innocent kid and jumping him (6 on 1) is a lot worse than hanging some nooses on a tree. The principal expelled those responsible for the noose incident and that was overturned by the school board, so the people you should go after are those on the board. The Justice department has nothing to do with that.

For those 6 to react the way they did and attack someone that had nothing to do with the nooses just shows a lack of character. It was a joke and to react with the type of violence they did is wrong. I do think that those responsible for the nooses need to be punished but that should be left to the school. I don't believe that Bell should be prosecuted as an adult, but at the same time I don't agree with the "Racist" Al Sharpton that it was just a school yard fight. If it was a fair 1 on 1 fight then yes, it's a school yard fight. That's not what happened and those 6 do need to be prosecuted for what they did (just not as adults).

What do racists like Sharpton gain from hurting the American economy? I really don't know, but it does show lack of patriotism. What they are basically saying is "lets ruin America to prove a stupid point!" It's dumb and I hope many will see past their creative speaking and spend as much you can on November 2. Spending money on that day will do two things: improve the American economy and protest the racism that Sharpton and others like him promote. Unlike them, I want America to progress and prosper. Chertoff Pursues Border Security

Homeland Security Secretary Michael Chertoff has used his power to bypass a ruling by a federal judge. The judge ordered the Department of Homeland Security to halt construction of the border fence in Arizona because of environmental issues. Chertoff used his authority to continue construction.

Defenders of Wildlife and the Sierra Club are the groups that sued and are now criticizing Chertoff for his decision to bypass the ruling. They claim that Chertoff is aware that the border fence has some failures and that his decision contradicts his decision to study the environmental effects of the fence in Texas.

What these tree hugging groups do not realize is that our national security and sovereignty is more important than some fish dying. These environmentalists care more about animals than they do about the safety of Americans. American's cannot enjoy these conservation areas because they are being run by smugglers and it is dangerous for Americans to be there. It is American land and it should be safe for Americans to enjoy.

Chertoff has done the right thing in using the power he has to get the fence built. He should continue to use his power when some ridiculous lawsuit comes up. I applaud Chertoff for his decision and look forward to seeing that fence completed. Thank you for reading and God Bless.

War On Boy Scouts

The war against the Boy Scouts of America continues in Philadelphia. Philadelphia City Council has voted to up the organizations rent by 199,999 dollars a year.

In 1928 the city council voted to rent the property to the organization for 1 dollar a year but, because of groups like the ACLU, it has voted to charge 200,000 dollars a year for the property. All this because gays claim the group discriminates. If promoting family values is discrimination then yes they discriminate.

The higher rent "would have to come from programs. That's 30 new Cub Scout packs, or 800 needy kids going to our summer camp," said Jeff Jubelirer, spokesman for the Cradle of Liberty Council. "It's disappointing, and it's certainly a threat."

"When it comes to a Scout troop, sexual orientation is an issue that goes beyond differences in skin color or economic status. It affects such matters as tenting arrangements and the development of pre-teenage masculinity in a close-knit group of boys and men," said Hans Zeiger, author of, "Get Off My Honor: The Assault on the Boy Scouts of America"

"So here's what I say to the radical Left in the city where the Declaration of Independence was signed. Take away the funding. Seize the 75-year-old headquarters building. The Scouts can survive without it," Zeiger also wrote.

The ACLU is also fighting the Boy Scouts of America because of the oath that they take. They make an oath to "do my duty to God and my country." Because of our God being in the BSA oath the ACLU is doing all it can to prevent these great kids from using any government property. Earlier this year the BSA got a victory when the ACLU brought on a lawsuit to stop the Defense Department from allowing the Scouts to hold its National Jamboree every four years at Fort A.P. Hill in Fredericksburg, Va.

The ACLU claims that it just wants equal civil rights for everyone, but they are just a radical left-wing group intent on fighting traditional values. When the framers of the Constitution wrote "Our Creator", they meant God (Our Holy Father in Heaven). Next the ACLU is going to say that the Framers were wrong and that "Creator" should be taken out of the Constitution.

Marine Corps Law Enforcement Foundation

Man, what is wrong with Harry Reid? He tried to take some credit for what Rush did with that illegal letter that he and other Democratic senators sent to him and signed? If you haven't heard or seen the videos they will both be at the end of this post. The first will be the video of Reid taking two words, that Rush Limbaugh said, out of context and condemning them; the second will be a link to the video of Reid thanking Rush and trying to take credit for the money being raised.

Senator Reid realized that his plan had backfired and tried to steal some of the credit from Rush. What he's trying to do is cover up the fact that what they did was wrong and illegal and say that this letter was something great because of what he did. It's great that the money will go to the Marine Corps. Law Enforcement Foundation , but it doesn't take away from the fact that what Reid and other Democratic Senators did, including Hillary Clinton, was wrong and illegal. Rush is fully responsible for the money being raised and Reid is just trying to play politics. It's kind of funny. Here are the videos:

Dems Urging Turkey to Destabilize Iraq

The Turkish Parliament has voted to authorize it's government to order an incursion into Iraq for the next year if it so chooses. They did this because Democrats in congress brought up the Armenian "genocide" bill Link .

Democrats knew, well before hand, that to bring up this bill and approve it to the floor would hurt ties with Turkey and put our military in more danger than it already is. If Turkey decides to attack the northern part of Iraq it could destabilize the rest of the country and put our troops in more danger.

Turkey is also our main transportation line for supplies and equipment to Iraq. By approving the bill to go to the house floor, Democrats have weakened ties with our NATO Ally. Turkey could stop us from using their country to transport much needed cargo to Iraq and that would also hurt our troops.

It's because of actions like these that Democrats seem so unpatriotic. It's not because they are against the war, it's because they will do anything, even put our troops in danger, for political purposes. The safety of our troops is much more important than pleasing a group that wants to go back in history. Obviously Democrats feel otherwise and believe that pleasing another group would help them politically, even if it means hurting our troops.

If Turkey does invade and it destabilizes the rest of Iraq, then Democrats and any Republicans or Independents that voted or will vote for this bill will be directly responsible for anything that happens to our troops in Iraq. Liberal Media Invested in Defeat

Our troops are beating Al Qaeda in Iraq. In the last few months the military has dealt major blows to the terrorist group and some generals are advocating a declaration of victory.

I went to ABCNews.com, CBSNews.com and NewYorkTimes.com and no where on their homepages did I see any mention of this. Blackwater, death rates dropping and Communist China were the headlines on those site but there was no mention of the progress that was being made in Iraq. The kind of progress we are having there is more important than anything else they are reporting on. Those other stories are good news but you can't leave the most important stuff out. If it were the other way around and generals were saying that Al Qaeda in Iraq was forcing us out, these news outlets would be all over it. This just shows how much the liberal media is invested in defeat. They don't want anything positive coming out of Iraq.

I hope that you all will realize that these media outlets are not interested in victory and want badly for our troops to fail. They are in bed with the Democratic party and will do anything and everything to turn Americans against their own country. It sad but true. MSNBC had this story as it's headline. Forced to Watch Propaganda

The City of Albuquerque is requiring city employees to watch " An Inconvenient Truth" by Al Gore. City employees called City Councilors to complain about having to watch political propaganda for three and a half hours and it being mandatory.

City Councilor Sally Mayer, a Republican, was among a few of the councilors that received calls from angry employees. "He was livid, and he said, 'I can't believe they took three and half hours of my morning and made me watch the movie...I think it's probably a waste of employees' time," said Mayer.

"I had no idea about it until I got a call from a city employee who was absolutely outraged he had to sit in on a political propaganda videotape from Al Gore...It's totally ridiculous to me. It's a waste of time and taxpayer money," said City Councilor Brad Winter.

City Council President Debbie O'Malley also said that she had received calls from employees who were not happy about having to watch the propaganda.

Mayor Martin Chavez, who is running for the Democratic Senate seat, defended the issue and said that it makes sense (surprise, surprise...coming from a liberal)

"I believe this is so the mayor can say he's the first mayor to have all the city workers attend a sustainability conference...This isn't a partisan issue. This is about wasting taxpayer dollars," said Councilor Mayer.

It's easy to see that the Mayor is abusing his power for political purposes by requiring city employees to watch liberal propaganda. This is wrong and the Mayor should be ashamed. Gov. Permits Mental Molestation?

Governor Schwarzenegger signed laws that will ban the use of "Mom" & "Dad" and "Husband" & "Wife". These laws also allows children to use which ever bathroom and locker room they choose (ex. a boy can use girl facilities and a girl can use boy facilities).

By signing these laws the Governor has made public schools into centers to indoctrinate children with homosexual, bisexual and transsexual beliefs. Randy Thomasson, president of Campaign for Children and Families was quoted as saying, "Arnold Schwarzenegger has delivered young children into the hands of those who will introduce them to alternative sexual lifestyles," and "this means children as young as five years old will be mentally molested in school classrooms....Shame on Schwarzenegger and the Democrat politicians for ensuring that every California school becomes a homosexual-bisexual-transsexual indoctrination center," he said.

SB777, one of the laws the Governor signed, bans anything that can be interpreted as negative toward alternative lifestyles. That's the law that would ban the use of "Mom and Dad" and "Husband and Wife." This same law does not ban anything that would be negative towards traditional lifestyles. It would also require the curriculum to include positive portrayal of alternative lifestyles which would mean that new textbooks would be needed that would promote homosexual, bisexual and transsexual lifestyles and that would affect the rest of the country because California is one of the biggest purchasers of textbooks in the country.

By allowing children to use which ever bathroom and locker room they want supporters of these laws are opening up the door for molestations in schools and will be directly responsible for this act when they occur.

AB394, another law the the Governor signed, requires that parents teach their children to accept these alternative lifestyles.

These laws are not going to just affect California, they could affect the rest of the country because of the textbooks that are going to be needed for these ridiculous laws. Other schools in the country are going to need to look for new publishers that protect traditional lifestyles (if the major publishers cater to these new California laws) and that could cause a rise in taxes.

Governor Schwarzenegger is now on record as trashing conservative, traditional lifestyles and values and giving special treatment to gay, lesbian and sexually confused students. It's wrong and needs to be corrected and I hope that the conservatives in California can do something about this illegal activity. You have my support and I will be praying for you. Jews a "Pain in the Neck?"

Former President of Iran, Hashemi Rafsanjani, said today that the Jews in Germany during the Holocaust were persecuted because they were a "pain in the neck". He also said that the Jews caused problems in Germany because they "had a lot of property" and "controlled an empire of propaganda." Rafsanjani also said that what the Nazis did was successful in saving Europe from the evil of Zionism. Rafsanjani is an idiot.

These are the kind of people that are leading Iran right now, the current President of Iran, Mamoud Ahmadinejad, has also said that the country of Israel should be "wiped off the map." Because of people like these two animals we have to take an aggressive stance against the Iranian government and not engage in talks with Iran without precondition. Democrats, such as Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama, support talking with these terrorists without preconditions. These terrorist are killing American troops in Iraq and Democrats want to sit down and talk with them? We are long past diplomacy with theses people and it has nothing to do with their nuclear weapons ambitions (although that does add on to it), it's because there are committing acts of war against the United States every day and we can't do anything about because people like Clinton, Obama and the rest of the Democrats want to talk. These idiots make me sick. They want to reward Iran for killing American troops by talking to them without precondition. Democrats Make War Harder for Troops?

Democrats in congress want to pass legislation claiming that the the killing of Armenians in WWI was a genocide. Turkey is threating not to let the U.S. use it's country as a main transportation area for much needed equipment for American troops in Iraq if this legislation is passed.

70 percent of all U.S. cargo going to Iraq goes through Turkey, 1/3 of all the fuel for the troops goes through Turkey and 95 percent of the new Mine Resistant Ambush Protected vehicles goes through Turkey. This legislation would directly affect our military and make the objective in Iraq harder. Why democrats are so hell bent on America's defeat is unknown to me but it is very unpatriotic. Turkey has told us what they may do so Democrats wanting to pass this for political purposes is sick, selfish and not American. Republicans are not excluded from this, if they vote for this they, also, are responsible for undermining our troops.

We are in a time of war and we should not put our political strategies before our support for the troops that are protecting this country from terrorists around the world. What congress needs to do is starting supporting our troops and quit playing politics at the military's expense. Democrats say that the best way to support our troops is to get them out, but I guaranty you that if you talk to the troops an overwhelming majority will believe in the purpose in Iraq and want congress' support by providing them what they need to do the job. Back to Corruption?

Presidential candidate Hillary Clinton is taking advice from a criminal. That criminal is Sandy Berger. You might remember him, he's the guy that was caught taking and disposing of classified documents from the National Archives right before the hearing on the 9/11 attacks. Now why would he be doing that? Something to do with the wrong doing of the Clinton administration? Most likely, we all know how corrupt the Clintons are.

Now this shouldn't come as a big surprise to anyone, we all know that Hillary will be no different than her husband. If Hillary becomes the next president it will mean a continuation of Bill's presidency and that would mean more corruption. What gets me though is why Hillary would have this guy as an adviser. I really thought that the Clintons were very smart and that's why they could get away with all the things they did over the years. This just goes to prove how stupids she really is. It's not the fact that he's a criminal, not all criminal's are bad because I happen to think that our legals system kinda sucks, but it's what his crime was. This guy took classified documents and disposed of them right before the 9/11 hearings. I don't know why he did it, but I do think it had something to do with Bill Clinton's presidency. It's much worse than what "Scooter" Libby did, yet Libby paid bigger price and had worse repercussions that Berger.

We, as the American people, need to rid Washington of people like the Clintons. We need to put a stop to the corruption on the Democratic side and the Republican side and everyone in between. Terrorist Iran

The terrorist country of Iran held nationwide protests of Israel today. Those protest also turned into "Death to America!" rallies. The Iranian country is nothing more than a country run by a bunch of terrorist. They are, have and will continue to commit "acts of war" against the United States.

There are some, in this country, that want us to engage in bilateral, unconditional talks with Iran and that is completely ludicrous. When a country commits an act of war against you, you don't talk with them, you hit back. You hit back militarily and don't stop until you've beaten the opposition into submission. By training and providing weapons to insurgents in Iraq, Iran is directly responsible for the deaths of American troops. Because of this, the United States should not participate in any more talks with Iran and make them pay for their actions.

Ahmadinejad says that Iran's nuclear ambitions are for peaceful purpose, but Ahmadinejad is nothing more than a lying animal that cannot be trusted. If we leave Iran alone and allow them to develop nuclear weapons, they will not hesitate to use those weapons against Israel and the United States of America. To allow them those capabilities would be the start to a nuclear war that would affect each and every person in the world, including you.

We have to stand firm against the terrorist leaders of Iran and make them know that the United States will not allow them to possess a nuclear weapon and that we will not allow them to continue to kill American troops. Thank-you for reading and God bless.

Democrats Want U.S. to Lose War In Iraq?

A recent poll, done by FoxNews, says that 1 out of every 5 Democrats thinks the world would be better off if the United States just lost the War in Iraq. That is 20 percent of people that call themselves "patriotic Americans". This is what we "right-wingers" mean when we say that a lot of liberal Democrats are unpatriotic.

One out of every five? That is just pathetic, but it just echoes what the Democrats in government are saying. Obama, Murtha, Reid and Kerry have all made unpatriotic remarks about our troops. Is congress condemning them? Of course not, instead they try to condemn Rush Limbaugh for calling a phony soldier a phony soldier. This is the same congress that has an all time low in the polls, and guess who's in charge...Pelosi, Reid and the rest of the Democrats.

We, as true patriotic Americans, need to stand behind out troops and support a victory against the terrorist and insurgents where ever they may be, and this includes Iraq. We cannot give these animals a country in which they can train and build. If we leave Iraq, without finishing the job, that is exactly what we will be giving these terrorists. And they won't stay there either, they will follow us back to America and fight the war here. I prefer the war there, but apparently Democrats in congress want the war here in America, and that's what we are going to get if they get their way.

SCHIP

President Bush vetoed a 35 billion dollar expansion of SCHIP (State Children's Health Insurance Program) today. What you're probably hearing though is that he has decided not to care about child healthcare, which is entirely untrue. President Bush vetoed a bill that would expand the program to included families that make more than $80,000 a year and to include more than 700,000 adults. President Bush asked for a 5 billion dollar expansion to this program (which is enought to run this program over the next five years) and what the Democrats in the Senate have done is completely unnecessary.

This program was created to insure those children whose families do not qualify for Medicaid but cannot afford private insurance. The bill that the Senate passed would encourage families that already have private insurance to drop their insurance and get free insurance through this program. It would be step back from America's values and a step toward Socialism.

Democrats were going to pay for this program by raising the tax on cigarettes from .39 to 1.00 a box (that's over a 150% increase). That tax hike would hit the lower class the hardest because studies show that lower income parents are more like to smoke than higher income parents. But wait...I thought that Democrats fight for the poor? Once again, the hypocrisy of the Democrats rearing it's ugly head. And it would not just be a tax hike on cigarettes; what happens when the Democrats want to include more in this program? Our taxes are going to sky-rocket!!! I don't want to give half or more of everything I earn to the government, do you? I would hope not because we are suppose to live in a Capitalist society not a Socialist (Communist) society.

So here's the message to Congress: Lower taxes (keep your dirty hands out of my pockets), shrink the government and quit trying to impose liberal, secular and lunatic views and opinions on me and my family!!! Thank-you for reading and God bless.

Democrats and Hypocrisy

The Democratic presidential candidates have really had me thinking about their hypocrisy lately. John Edwards is just about to take tax-payer money to fund is campaign because he hasn't raised enough money. Where is the rest of the field, I mean aren't Democrats the ones that believe everyone should have an equal playing field? Aren't they the ones that want to tax the successful to give benefits to the poor, to even out the playing field? Where are they when one of their own is in need of help? Oh, that's right, they're all hypocrites.

The truth is that all they want and care about is power. They really don't care that the poor don't have medical insurance, they care that because of that they can gain more power buy the lower class depending on the government for their healthcare. They want to tell you what you can and cannot drive, what types of food you can and cannot eat, what doctors you can go to, what you can charge for any services to provide...ect. Well I for one will not let the government run my life for me.

If we, the American people, allow these people to run the government they are going to end up running our lives. They are going to change America from a capitalist country to a socialist country. Is that what you guys want; to not be rewarded for your hard work, to have somebody the works half as hard as you do to make as much as you make because these communists say it's fair?
